1 General Provisions

3 Deposits and Withdrawals — Financial Policy

3.2 Withdrawals

New members have the opportunity to receive a 150% bonus of up to ৳8,000 on their first deposit. To claim this bonus, a valid account must exist and a minimum deposit of ৳300 must be made.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw funds received from a bonus, a wagering requirement of 25 times (25x) must be met. That means if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳25,000 in bets before withdrawing.

• A bonus may only be claimed once — multiple claims from the same person or device are not accepted.
• Not all games can be played with bonus funds — applicable conditions may differ by specific game category.
• w71 reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is proven, the account and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

4.3 VIP Program

w71's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a higher tier depends on your regular activity and loyalty to the platform — the more active you are at a higher tier, the more benefits you receive.

5 Gaming Rules

• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the related bet will be refunded or settled according to rescheduling rules.

6.2 Odds and Payouts

Users may request to close their account at any time. Any outstanding withdrawable balance before account closure will be returned in accordance with the applicable rules, however bonuses for which wagering requirements have not been met will be considered void.

10 Limitation of Liability

The original language of these Terms is Bengali. In the event of any translation or interpretation, the Bengali version will be considered final.

12.2 Severability

If any clause of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain fully in effect.

12.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy together form the complete agreement between w71 and the user. Any prior oral or written understanding is superseded by this document.
